Audacity

Audacity is an easy to use audio editing tool.  Educators can use audacity to create and save voice lessons or podcasts that can be saved and used at a later time.  Podcasts can also be saved and then downloaded from the internet.  Audacity allows you to record, edit and modify your audio.  Audacity allows you to add multiple tracks.
